Bear Marina is your full-service starting point
for all of your water-fun activities from fishing to boating!
Whether bringing your own boat or renting one of ours, we
can handle your boating needs. Our marina is equipped with
113 covered and open slips with full electric hook-ups and
lighted docks. Slips can accommodate boats from bass and Jon
boats to large cruisers on our large open docks. Water skis,
tubes, paddle and pontoon boats, jon and fishing boats and
our ski boat are available for rental. Our Marina Store carries
basic groceries, snacks, soda, batteries, sunglasses and gifts.
Live bait, fishing tackle, ice, licenses, gasoline and basic
boating needs are at-the-ready making our marina your one-stop
for all your water activity needs.

SECURITY DEPOSIT ON ALL RENTALS. $500 scurity
deposit on ski boat, $250.00 security deposit
on pontoons, bass tracker,and 30hp boats; $100
security deposit on 15hp boats; $50.00 security
deposit on fishing boat w/no motor, rental tubes
and water skis. ONE DAY'S RENTAL REQUIRED IN ADVANCE
TO HOLD ALL DAILY RENTALS. No 1/2 days reserved
in advance on pontoons or ski boat. No refund
due to bad weather.

is a corridor within which rentals are covered
for tow fees. If the boat is outside that
corridor, then a tow fee of $75 an hour will be

GENERAL DOCK/SLIP POLICIES
1.
Big Bear is leasing a slip only. Our insurance does not cover
loss of customer's boat, motor, trailer or personal equipment.
2. Signed contract & insurance required on all monthly
and yearly slips. 3. No Smoking on gas dock. 4. No fishing
from the boat docks, except for the fishing pier on "A"
dock. 6. Please keep all necessary information on your rental
card in the marina office so that we can get in touch with
you in case of an emergency. 7. No pets are allowed on Big
Bear property. 8. Freezer available for fish storage. 9. No
swimming in marina area. 10. Marina is a "No Wake"
zone. 11. No refunds. 12. $150.00 extra for seasonal pool
privileges.
MARINA POLICIES
1.
Rental fees are one month in advance. Late fees will be charged
at 1.5% per month. There is a $28.00 charge on all returned
checks. 2. Deposit will be kept in event of damage w/damages
deducted from deposit and returned to customer. If there are
additional charges, they will be billed to customer. 3. We
stock live bait (minnows, worms, crickets) as well as artificial
bait and other tackle accessories. 4. Ski vests and ropes,
as well as water skis, are available at the Marina. 5. $150.00
extra for seasonal pool privileges. 6. 30 day cancellation
notice required on all boat rentals - less 20% administration
fee. 7. No refund due to bad weather.
